○	The age must be 55 years or over.

○	Pensioner who receive US$1,500 or more per month or Person who has enough deposit for his /her life expenses in Bali, Indonesia.

○	Purchase (US$35,000 or more) or rent (US$500 or more / month) an accommodation which must be located at an authorized tourist area.

○	Insured for health insurance and life Insurance.

○	Insured for personal liability (possible to be insured in Indonesia)

○	Employment contract letter for Indonesian (1 person at least) as your house keeper or driver * Indonesian government requires this kind of letter because the unemployment rate is very high in Indonesia and so that the employment rate could be higher. We will help you for the documentation.

○	No work and no business in Indonesia

○	Sponsorship should be one of travel agent which has special license by immigration in Indonesia.

* If it is difficult for you to clear all of the conditions as above, you might be able to apply the retirement visa in case. Please feel free to ask us for the details.

　

　

　

○	Copy of your passport and / or travel documents which are valid for at least one year

○	Proof of holding a pension or Deposit - Bank statement

○	Copy of Health insurance, Life Insurance and personal liability

○	Copy of marriage certificate (any applicant whose spouse wishes to apply for Retirement Visa) * It is possible for your spouse to apply the visa with marriage certificate eventhough he / she is still under 55 years old.

○	Proof of receipt or through renting proof of rental agreement. The mentioned accommodation must be located at an authorized tourist area and in accordance with the prevailing regulations. * If you would like to stay hotel or bungalow, we will help for the documentation.

○	Employment Letter - Affidavit. You must employ at least one Indonesian citizen for assistances kind of work, such as nursing, housekeeping or any other kind of assistances during your stay in Indonesia. * We will help for the documentation as your necessary.

○	Your Resume (Curriculum Vitae)

○	Passport photo 4cm X 6cm = 10pcs, 3cm X 4cm = 4pcs , 2cm X 3cm = 4pcs * The background should be red color.
